Accept Returns?

Except as provided herein and subject to the limitations below, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To initiate a return, you can contact us at to obtain the return warehouse address.
  1. We cannot accept returns on clearance sale items or gift cards.
  2. We only accept returns for U.S. purchases, not international purchases.
  3. To be eligible for a return. Returned items must be in the same condition as you received them, unused and unwashed, with tags and in their original packaging. You need to return these together to the order shipping warehouse address or they will be rejected by our warehouse and returned to you.
  4. If you return the product after 30 days from receipt, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
  5. All returns must provide a tracking number on the same day. Otherwise, the warehouse will refuse the return.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately--within 30 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


How do I get a refund ?

We will notify you within 2 working days once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 


    Return Shipping Fee

    If the return is due to our problem (eg: incorrect product, product quality problem), we will provide you with a full refund; if the return is due to the buyer's problem (eg: don't like/want the item, ordered wrong product/size), the buyer should pay the shipping fee. Consumers will not be charged a restocking fee for returned products.

    My purchase is listed as a "clearance sale/sale", can I return it?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns of items marked with the Clearance/Sale label.
    However, if there is a serious quality problem with Clearance item you purchased, please contact us immediately, we will do our best to provide you with the best solution.

    Do you offer exchanges?

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
